Floating Foam Cover — Cut to Fit
The Floating Foam Cover rests directly on the water to help reduce evaporative heat loss. Although its insulating value is modest—approximately R-2—reducing evaporation can make a meaningful difference in heat retention.
Used beneath a hard cover, the floating cover also helps reduce water vapor and corrosive condensation at the underside of the hard cover. The lightweight foam is blue on one side and black on the other and can be trimmed to fit your hot tub with scissors.
Choose the size that matches your hot tub:
- 4-, 5-, or 6-foot selection: 8 × 6-foot sheet
- 7-foot selection: 8 × 7-foot sheet
- 8-foot selection: 8 × 8-foot sheet
The 4-, 5-, and 6-foot selections use the same 8 × 6-foot sheet.
Place the trimmed cover directly on the water surface beneath your primary hot tub cover. This floating foam cover is not a safety cover and is not a substitute for a properly fitted hard cover.
