Steel bands (with hardware)
Our stainless bands are made from 316 stainless steel, the most corrosion resistant alloy available. The stainless lugs, also 316 stainless, are our own patented design. They aren’t welded to the band and allow the functional length of the band to be adjusted over time as the tub ages, if needed.
The threaded rod and washers are also corrosion resistant stainless steel. The nuts are a silicon bronze alloy that won’t rust and, more importantly, unlike stainless, won’t bind up under high torque situations.
